Blog post 6 - An evaluation of your blogging experience

In general, I really liked the blogs, writing and reading them. I had always wanted to have one and this subject showed me that it is much easier than what I thought, you just have to propose it. In addition, it was a very good way to meet my classmates and teacher, since we cannot see each other in person due to the pandemic.

I feel like my English writing skills improved a lot as I was able to practice writing and also had to learn new words and concepts. In the first blogs it was much more difficult for me to write than in the last ones. Also, the comments to the publications of my classmates helped me to practice giving my opinion in English, which in class I did not dare to do much.

I would have liked to have had a blog with a free theme, to write about things that interested me more, or about personal experiences. I feel that sometimes it doesn't have to be all planned, because the work of thinking about something that you would like to convey and then writing it, I think allows us to get to know each other in a more real way. For example, I would have liked to talk more about myself and what I have experienced, tell what was my best summer or the best trip I have ever done, my learnings after a year in a pandemic, write about what I am passionate about and what I do in my free time. Another alternative, it may be to put several options to choose from, as it was in blog number three.

But despite that, I loved the activity and it was a great way to practice and learn English.
